Josh has been working in the performing arts field for more than 25 years and in arts administration since 2008. Before coming to the School of Music and Dance, Josh served five seasons as the Director of Marketing and Communications for the Grammy-winning Oregon Bach Festival. He has worked as an arts marketing professional, actor, and director throughout the state of California, nationally, and abroad including time with Ensemble Theatre Company of Santa Barbara, Milwaukee Repertory Theater, Culver City Public Theatre, Poor Players of San Diego, Cruthaigh Productions, Murphys Creek Theatre, Second City Chicago, the Shakespeare Institute, South Coast Repertory, Cal Rep, and Long Beach Playhouse.

In addition to his work with SOMD, Josh continues to oversee the marketing efforts of Oregon Bach Festival and the acclaimed ChamberMusic@Beall series.
