Diversity Excellence Scholarships

The Diversity Excellence Scholarship recognizees the academic achievement and potential of students who, through sharing their varied cultural perspectives, will enhance the education of all UO students and the excellence of the University.

The annual award amount is $9,000 for graduate students. The scholarship is renewable with the length of eligibility based on the recipient's grade level at the time of awarding. The Diversity Excellence Scholarship cannot be combined with Graduate Employment (GE) positions.

This scholarship is awarded through the Office of Student Financial Aid and Sholarships. Click HERE for more information.

General University Scholarships

General University and Diversity Excellence Scholarships are available to graduate students. These scholarships are generated by gifts to the university, and recipients are selected by the University Scholarship Committee. A variety of other financial aid programs are available. More information is available on the UO's Aid Types, and on the United States FAFSA website.
