Concert and event publicity

  • Each academic term, the faculty is reminded to provide information on the following term’s concerts and events. This request is usually as early as two months prior to the start of the term, to meet print deadlines.

  • All concerts and events receive some publicity and marketing support, even those with no budget.

Articles and profiles

  • Faculty, staff, and students can send leads and tips for profiles of research, teaching, and performances by faculty, students, and alumni.
  • Faculty and staff members can arrange with the communications staff for professional-level photography of themselves (head shots), their students, their studios, and their events and activities.

Website bios

  • Each member of the faculty and staff has an online bio webpage, and is welcome to email updates to the communications staff.
  • Head shots are provided by the communications staff.
