Handles graduate student records, initial advising, graduate teaching fellow contracts, and general support for Graduate Office. Participates in recruitment committees. Serves as secretary to Associate Dean/Graduate Advisor, responsible for Associate Dean's schedule.
Jessica Simoes, Graduate Secretary, previously served as our Admissions Assistant from 2008-2010. She has previous clerical experience in state courts administration in Florida as well as temporary agency assignments after moving to Oregon. She previously lived in Milan, Italy as an Au Pair. She has received bachelor degrees in Political Science and English Literature from Florida State University and studied law for one year at William and Mary Law School in Virginia.
