Important Dates for Fall 2012:

January 15	Attention Fall 2012 Applicants: We are still in the process of accepting applications on a space available basis. Deadline for the general University AND the School of Music and Dance admission materials and financial aid materials.
January 28	Undergraduate Clarinet Auditions
February 4	Undergraduate Auditions, all instruments and voice (no clarinet)
February 11	Undergraduate Auditions, all instruments and voice (no clarinet, no horn)
March-April	Acceptance and Scholarship Decisions sent out
May 1	National Letter of Intent Day (set forth by the National Association for College Admission Counseling) Admitted students will be asked to verify their intention to enroll by paying the enrollment deposit online.

APPLY IN 3 STEPS

1. APPLY to University of Oregon by January 15
   Fill out the Online Application for the University of Oregon main admissions office.

2. APPLY to University of Oregon School of Music and Dance by January 15
   Submit the Supplemental Music Application Form. You can do this in ONE the following ways:
   
   
   • Click here for Online Supplemental Music Application. Please note: this form cannot be saved; you will be asked to submit it immediately upon completion. To review a PDF copy before filling it out online, click here. Once the application is submitted, you should receive a thank-you message on your screen. If you do not, please contact Music Admissions to make sure your application was received.

   • Click here for PDF Supplemental Music Application. The PDF is an "enterable" form. After downloading the form, you may type your information directly into the form's fields and then print the completed form. Remember that you CANNOT "save" the form.
     
     
     
     
3. SEND
   
   
   • Download TWO copies of the Recommendation Form and distribute to TWO music teachers or other instructors familiar with your growth as a musician.
   • Audition Tape/CD/DVD (ONLY if you cannot make a live audition.)
   • For TRANSFER STUDENTS ONLY: Scholarship Release Form

Send all Music application materials to the UO School of Music and Dance via mail or fax.
