Doctoral Degree Checklists

Checklists serve as an individualized planned course of study and to aid in making sure all degree requirements are met.
Doctoral degree checklists are part of the formal admission process. By the end of the second week of the second term of study, each doctoral student must submit the primary and supporting area checklists, with adviser approval, to the Music Graduate Office.
Checklists must be filled out on the computer. The Music Graduate Office will not accept handwritten checklists.
If you are already formally admitted and need to submit a change to your approved plan of study, do not submit new checklists. Instead, provide a typed statement, signed by your adviser, describing the change(s).
