Community Music Institute and Suzuki Strings Part-Time Business Manager. Volunteer 1999-2002, temporary staff 2002-2005. Joined staff as business manager in 2005.

Provides clerical and bookkeeping support for the Community Music Institute. Maintains the student and instructor database and financial records, and schedules classrooms and details for performances or special events.

McShane holds a Master's degree in Education with an emphasis in early childhood education and Montessori teaching from the College of Notre Dame in Belmont California.
