Supervises office staff, classroom manager, prepare course scheduling
materials, controls room scheduling and office assignments, processes
student and staff payroll forms, prepares faculty contracts, prepares
faculty travel authorizations, oversees faculty search process;
edits university catalog, course schedules, directories, student
handbook; maintains/purchases office supplies and equipment, manages
general inventory; member of curriculum committee. Prepares data
and special reports for Dean.
Plays clarinet with the Eugene Symphonic Band, serves on the ESB
Board of Directors, and was manager of the band for 12 years. Worked
in several offices on campus since 1982, including University Publications,
Environmental Health and Safety, Erb Memorial Union, and Vice President
for Administration. Joined the School of Music staff in 1988.
